In time for AIMA’s 30-year global anniversary, the 6th Annual AIMA Canada Investor Forum (ACIF 2020) returns to Toronto October 1 - 2, 2020.
The 2019 Forum brought together over 350 attendees from Canada, USA and abroad, with over one-third representing institutional investors and allocators. Keynotes included Eileen Murray, Co-CEO, Bridgewater Associates, LP with Jonathan Hausman, Head of Global Strategic Relationships, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Bertrand Millot, La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Quebec and Michele Romanow, ‘Dragon’, CBC Dragons’ Den & Co-founder & President of Clearbanc. Panels of leading experts covered current themes impacting hedge funds, private credit, private equity, fintech and more, including co-investments, customization, ESG and diversity and inclusion trends.
The 2020 forum will be its biggest yet, with over 400 delegates across an institutional main stage, and breakouts tracks covering advisor channel, family offices and regional focuses from across the globe. ACIF will continue to bring fresh perspectives to address the key challenges confronting the alternative investment industry and latest trends in technological innovation.
By popular demand, we will again feature delegate networking opportunities running concurrently with the conference. Participants will be provided with access one month before the event to begin scheduling 20-minute one-on-one meeting sessions throughout the day to discuss their companies and services.
